When we met Tasco, they had contributed 50 years of coat refinishings to the auto body repair industry. The Austin industrial sales market for owner-occupied industrial properties is highly competitive. Once we confirmed with the client there was interest in a property that had recently hit the market, we prepared a purchase contract offer to deliver to the listing agent in the parking lot immediately following our tour. We were able to negotiate a mutually acceptable contract over the next few days, and, even though there were competing offers, ours was accepted due to our awareness of what is available and our diligence to execute quickly.
