Kalil Commercial was founded on the realization that commercial real estate, as it applies to industrial spaces, needed a more personal touch. Companies that utilize industrial and warehouse spaces often have hyper specific needs and their needs were not being met at the brokerage level. Steven Kalil and his team bring over 15 years of client commitment and innovation to the process of bringing the right spaces to clients.

Broker
Steven Kalil launched Kalil Commercial in 2014 after continually delivering above and beyond for clients for seven years at CBRE, the largest corporate real estate company in Austin and the world. For Kalil Commercial, Steven chose to focus on under-represented users of industrial space in Austin. While industrial product is Steven’s niche, his 15 years of sales and leasing experience includes office, retail, and land.
