We will present to you the state of the Austin commercial market and a detailed description of all of our brokerage services.


Make it Official

If everything is in order, we will have you sign an Exclusive Representation Agreement for brokerage services with Kalil Commercial.


Needs Analysis

Let’s delve into the nitty-gritty on what you need in space, location, price, lease term, functionality, and anything else you are looking for.


Your Spaces

We will create and deliver a Customized Available Property Survey, carefully selected based on the results of your Needs Analysis.



We will proactively schedule and accompany you on site tours.



Think you’ve found the one? We will send out a Request for Proposal (RFP), Letter of Intent (LOI), or maybe even a couple. Hey, it’s not romantic, but it provides you with a backup plan in case you get undercut by a landlord or eager tenant.



Once a lease contract is drafted and all parties agree to the basic terms (i.e. size, term, rate, options, concessions), we’ll put your contract in front of a licensed attorney who specializes in commercial real estate before you sign anything.
