AMM Collision was an Austin area collision center with 12 locations and 25 years of experience. Our challenge was to find them locations up to their criteria and negotiate long term leases and/or purchase agreements. Their successful expansion into Buda, San Marcos, and in north Austin have since led to their acquisition-merger by ProCare in 2018. Before the merger, the company included 320 staff; post-merger, they are 550 employees strong at 30 locations. We also successfully negotiated another new location on behalf of AMM Collision and ProCare in south Austin in October 2018.
